The 102 South Australia Cabernet Sauvignon 2008 is a healthy, juicy, vibrant young red with good fresh fruits adorning a base of firm preserving tannin and acidity.

This wine has been made with carefully selected oak, to add aroma and flavour to the preserving tannins which occur in the skins and pips of the grapes.

The wine is delicious to drink now, in its youth, but will mature and soften beautifully if kept in a cool dry place or good cellar.
